Amazon is not an official TISSOT dealer so buyers beware. I've bought this watch from Amazon LCC and after one month an allen screw in the wristband fell off and got lost. I've been trying to contact the (very limited) amazon warranty by email but no results. Luckily it is just a tiny screw and the folks at swatchgroup USA were very helpful in replying me quickly with the option to sell a replacement of the missing part ($15).
So if you want a Tissot do yourself a favor and buy it at an authorized reseller.
I give 3 stars to the watch itself (starting to fall apart in one month ?) and zero stars to amazon warranty.
